Free UPS Ground Shipping on Outbound Orders. Restrictions Apply. Shipping FAQs

* We offer all our valued customers free outbound shipping on orders of $200 or more via UPS Ground for orders shipping within the Continental United States. Orders shipping outside the Continental United States are subject to shipping charges. Orders of less than $200 shipping within the Continental United States are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

We accept unworn returns within 30 days of receipt of your items. Please ship back your item(s) in the original packaging. All sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We'll refund your credit card within 3 business days of receiving your unworn shoes. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to post, as individual banks will vary on how quickly your refund is posted.

All items on our website are carried in our store locations. Each package is carefully inspected by hand for quality and accuracy. We make every effort to pick, pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. We'll send you an email with your UPS tracking number when your order is sent so you can track your shipment online.

Sorry, but we do not currently offer shipments via USPS, FedEx or any other carrier, nor are we able to ship to APO addresses at this time.
