Free shipping on all orders of $200+
Flat rate of $10 on all orders under $200*

* We offer free outbound shipping on orders of $200 or more via UPS. Orders of less than $200 ship at a flat rate of $10. We only ship within the continental U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Most orders will leave our warehouses in 1-2 business days. However, certain items may take a bit longer.  If your order is delayed, we'll contact you via email. UPS and UPS SurePost generally deliver to the DC Metro area in 1-2 days. Your package may take longer, depending upon your location.

Sorry, but we do not currently offer shipments via USPS, FedEx or any other carrier, nor are we able to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Should you need your order more quickly, please call us at 888.496.8733 so we can personally handle your order. Our phones are open Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time.


We don't offer free returns at this time. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we have made an error. In the event of a problem, please contact our customer service department at 888.496.8733.  The easiest and most cost effective way to return an item is USPS, or you can drop by any of our store locations.

We accept unworn returns within 30 days of your original receipt of your item(s). Please ship back your item(s) in the original packaging.  Please contact us directly for warranty issues.

We'll refund your credit card within 3 business days of receiving your unworn item(s). Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to post, as individual banks will vary on how quickly your refund is processed.
